Refund policy

Session Expirations:

Any unused sessions or sessions withing a package expire 540 days after the day of purchase, which is approximately 18 months (30 days x 18 months = 540 days).

There are no refunds for sessions that have already occurred. 

Any refund for remaining sessions will be refunded at 80% of the purchase price.  

If Costa Financial determines to terminate the business entity any remaining sessions will be refunded at 100% of the purchase price.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
